- The Manorhouse 7-Piece Dining Set is a substantial set with transitional details, designed for traditional garden and patio spaces, and comfortably accommodates eight people. The curved slats of the chair make it comfortable, whether with or without cushions. Set includes one Manorhouse Table and six Birmingham Armchairs Manorhouse Dining Table dimensions: W 70.75/94.5" x D 37.5" x H 29.5"; Birmingham Stacking Armchair dimensions: W 24.5" x D 25.25" x H 35.75" - Contract-grade with BIFMA 5.1 test. - The chairs are fully assembled, the table requires full assembly. - The chairs stack for easy storage. - The table comes with a self-storing extension leaf and a 1.75" pre-drilled umbrella hole. - The hand-sanded finish starts off as a light golden color and, if left untreated, mellows to a soft silvery grey. - The hardware and steel parts included are made of marine-grade, rust-resistant stainless steel. - Made of responsibly harvested premium teak from well-managed plantations and carefully kiln-dried to eliminate cracking or shrinking. - Disclaimer: Wood grain variation is inherent in teak and may occur. Surface roughness may develop, especially at the end grain, but the natural weathering process will stabilize over time. Small surface cracks are expected and in no way affect the structural integrity of the furniture.
